Offtake & Early Access

KREE begins by securing off-take agreements from near-production and operating mines across Mongolia’s rare earth and battery metal spectrum. Through due diligence and local partnerships, we ensure stable volumes, favorable terms, and alignment with future processing capabilities.

Processing Infrastructure

With secured feedstock, we initiate feasibility and development of modular REE processing facilities. These are designed to meet U.S. import standards and are engineered for efficiency, ESG compliance, and scalable capital deployment.

Export & Strategic Supply

Materials processed in Mongolia will be exported directly to the U.S. and allied markets through emerging air and rail corridors. Our logistics strategy prioritizes speed, transparency, and direct chain-of-custody traceability.
