Kingdom Rare Earth Exploration Inc. (“KREE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of visitors to our website located at www.kreexploration.com (“Website”). This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes what personal data we collect from applicants for roles at KREE (including those who apply through our Website) as well as other visitors to our Website (“you,” “your”), how and when this data is used, your choices in relation to your data, and how you can contact us if you have questions about how we handle your data.

If you are an investor or potential investor in Kingdom Rare Earth Exploration Inc. If you sign up to the investor portal we also collect personal data including job title and contact information, along with any other optional information you provide as part of your sign-up.

As a Nevis–domiciled entity, KREE may transfer personal data to jurisdictions outside Nevis for processing or storage, including locations where our IT infrastructure or service providers are based, or where our office operations are based in Central Asia.
