KREE's Business Model
KREE's business model combines early-stage exploration and strategic off-take agreements with processing and export development to capture long-term margins across the REE and critical mineral value chains
KREE is building a rapid response, capital-efficient pathway to securing critical mineral and REE inputs by targeting strategic off-take agreements, modular REO processing and export operations in Mongolia - an under-owned, high-potential source of up to 31 million metric tonnes of REEs (based on 2009 USGS survey figures). Our modular, scalable strategy is designed to deliver high-margin materials to global downstream processing partners rapidly, using both sea and air freight (depending on commodity value). Our approach is smart, lean, and fast.

The KREE Global REE Thesis
-
Locking in high-margin entry points into the REE market while prices in Mongolia are still disconnected from global critical minerals demand;
-
First-mover advantage in one of the world's most resource-rich and under-developed mineral regions, where our uniquely experienced international team can guide efficient, risk-managed development of REE assets;
-
Built-in demand from global manufacturers and aligned industries actively seeking secure alternatives and short- to mid-term input growth while new domestic U.S. processing facilities go through the 7-10 year development processing.
